Initial Consultation
We will visit your house or site so we can understand how you live and offer pre-design wisdom and advice so you can get all your planets aligned prior to launching into a project.

Design
Whether it’s a small alteration, new house, apartments or commercial project, we provide a full design service specific to your requirements.

Environment
How the building relates to it’s environment is paramount to a healthy home. With Global warming increasing at an alarming rate, in order to minimise the impact on our future generations, we must act now.

Other Services
We provide a full service from feasibility studies, concept design, resource consents, liaison and engagement of sub consultants, consent documentation and submission, to on-site monitoring and administration.
The initial consultation includes time visiting your house or site and meeting with you to get a better understanding of your project and brief, plus time to put together a fee proposal for the services we will be able to provide. This is provided for a deposit fee of $300 plus GST, and will be deducted from the concept and preliminary stage fees should you proceed with working with us.
